KELLY Mouthpieces - Trial Policy / Returns

1. All KELLY Mouthpieces must be returned to us in perfect condition, so please wrap protectively.
2. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. All returns will be assessed a 15% per item restocking fee.
4. After receipt of your returned mouthpiece, we will refund your PayPal account -minus 15% restocking.
5. Mouthpiece Trial Policy:
   You may purchase mouthpieces on a 15 day trial basis. Here's how:
• You are charged for all mouthpieces on the order at the time of shipping. The trial offer grants you 15 days from the date of delivery to try the mouthpieces.
• You may return mouthpieces and receive a refund minus a -15% restocking fee. There is no limit to the number of mouthpieces you may take at one time on trial, but all returned mouthpieces are subject to the -15% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility - please wrap KELLY Mouthpieces protectively.
